These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrueGate Cake Decor Academy website, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3.1 Billing

• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees and taxes.
• If a payment fails, we may retry charges, suspend access, or cancel the order.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.

3.2 Refunds

Unless a different policy is presented at checkout, refunds are handled under a 14-day policy from the purchase date, provided that access has not been materially consumed (for example, extensive course progress or downloads). Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance, which can affect refund eligibility.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing paid materials outside your permitted license.
• Automated scraping, probing, or attempting to bypass access controls.
• Uploading malware, interfering with the Services, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

We may remove content and restrict access to protect users, the platform, and our intellectual property.

The Services (including lessons, videos, text, designs, and branding) are owned by or licensed to TrueGate Cake Decor Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.1 Limited license

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial learning (unless a business license is explicitly provided).

5.2 Restrictions

• No copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works beyond permitted use.
• No sharing of login credentials or downloadable materials with third parties.
• No removal of watermarks, copyright notices, or other attribution.

The Services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.1 Educational nature

Our materials are educational. Results vary based on experience, effort, tools, ingredients, and conditions. You are responsible for food safety practices, allergies, and compliance with local regulations.

6.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueGate Cake Decor Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must stop using and, where applicable, delete downloaded materials to the extent required by law and the license granted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
